• Name, email address and phone number
• Home or business address and postcode
• Payment card details (stored securely by Stripe — we never see your full card number)
• Job descriptions, photos and engineer notes from each booking
• For engineers: trade qualifications, DBS certificates and insurance documents
• Device push notification tokens (to send you job alerts)

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide the Fixr service — matching customers with engineers, processing payments, sending job notifications and support. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-party services

We use Supabase for data storage and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Expo for mobile push notifications. Each operates under its own privacy policy and GDPR compliance framework.

5. Your rights
